Order Processing & Dispatch

Once payment is confirmed, most orders require 2–4 business days for picking, quality inspection, and packing. Transit time begins after dispatch and does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Coverage

Enter your full shipping address at checkout to view available delivery options. If no shipping service appears, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.

Shipping Rates & Services

Shipping methods, fees, and free-shipping eligibility are calculated and displayed at checkout. The options shown during checkout take precedence over any general examples listed elsewhere on the site.

Estimated Transit Times

  • United States: typically 5–12 business days after dispatch
  • Other available destinations: typically 7–20 business days after dispatch
Actual delivery times may be extended due to carrier capacity, holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, local service disruptions, or remote location addresses.

Tracking Information

A tracking link will be sent to you via email once available. The first tracking scan may take 2–5 business days to appear after the label is created, especially while the parcel is being transferred to the carrier’s network.

Customs & Import Fees

Import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or clearance charges may apply at the destination country. Unless explicitly included at checkout, the recipient is responsible for all such fees.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please verify your delivery address carefully before completing payment. Address corrections will be attempted if requested promptly, but cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact support@chayegu.com with your order number and tracking details. If a delivery scan shows “delivered” but you have not received the item, please first check with household members, neighbors, nearby delivery locations, and your local carrier.
